My name is Maria Elena Vega Nafarrate, and I was born in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. My academic journey began at Instituto Anglo Moderno, where I completed my education from elementary to high school. Later, I decided to broaden my horizons and moved to the United States to study English as a second language at Evergreen State College.

Upon returning to Mexico, I completed my studies in Educational Psychology at ITESO in Guadalajara. Additionally, I pursued a technical specialization in Tourism Management in the state of Nayarit, where I not only worked as a teacher but also served as the Director of the CNCI University.

In 2005, I settled in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, where I currently reside. Since my arrival, I have been deeply involved in the hospitality industry, specifically in the Timeshare sector and its various facets. I began my career in roles such as OPC, Members Concierge, Liner, Closer, and VLO. Over the years, I have achieved sales exceeding one million dollars, working in renowned hotels nationally and internationally, including Villa Group, Questro, Grupo Solmar, and Pueblo Bonito, where I am also part of the Letty Coppel Foundation committee.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sales at UTEL University. I have completed courses in managerial skills, case-based learning, verbal and written comprehension and expression, among others.

Working in the tourism and vacation industry has given me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and assist them in finding the best property investment options based on their budgets and vacation needs.

In 2023, I was offered the opportunity to join Re/Max Sunset View in Cabo San Lucas as Sales Manager. I am deeply grateful and happy for this opportunity. My name is Gerardo Zamora Reynoso, I am an agricultural engineer graduated from Tec de Monterrey campus Queretaro.

My passion for nature and the countryside led me from a very early age to discover that there are incredible places and wonderful people in the world, with different ideologies, religions and customs. I began to explore inhospitable places and to climb in the mountain ranges where the highest mountains in the world are located. Reaching peaks such as Aconcagua, the highest mountain in America, located in the Andes mountain range. Also in the Himalayan mountain range I had the opportunity to meet and participate in professional expeditions in different mountains of more than 8,000 meters above sea level such as Manaslu, Cho Oyu and Everest, which is the highest mountain on earth.

These incredible experiences forged me to be a reliable, resilient, empathetic person who knows how to work as a team to conquer the highest challenges in life.

Knowing that there are different people, with different ideals and dreams, for me working in the real estate sector is an incredible challenge.
