Born in Mazatlan, I went to college at UAG in Guadalajara Jalisco, getting also some other degrees in Organizational Behavior, a MBA from Tec de Monterrey and an Executive MBA from Moore School of Business at University of South Carolina.

I have different certifications at RE/MAX and AMPI on diverse Real Estate topics. In regards to professional experience; I have worked for National and International Corporations in executive positions for about 15 years which allowed me to understand the highest customer services standards and expectations. 

I have been invited to attend Notarios summits to learn about different matters on real estate and attended numerous conferences, educational programs and trainings related to real estate activity.

My formal education in addition to my working experience helped me to understand cultural differences and how to work considering this important fact with our customers coming mostly from USA, Canada and from all over Mexico. The perception and trust is always something important when it comes to looking for the smoothest way to get a deal closed between people from different cultures, and achieving this in a country where things are done differently from what they know and are used to.
 
I have been honoured by AMPI Mazatlan (Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios - The Most recognised realtors association in the country) by being their president in 2012 and 2013. It was in this period of time that I lead the proposal to bring that AMPI National Convention to Mazatlan which had place on October 2013, receiving over 650 realtors from all the country, USA and Canada. In 2014 and 2015 I was invited to be President of the Honour and Justice Committee of this same organization, helping to get several cases solved.

I also have been invited to be part of the RE/MAX Mexico Brokers Committee in charge of the technology area to help Brokers to get and understand more tools provided by the RE/MAX Mexico system.

My goal as a broker / owner, was to bring to Mazatlan a professional, top notch Real Estate office, with a WORLDWIDE RECOGNIZED BRAND!. One of my most important activities is to help our sales associates to be able to help our customers better.

My name is Gerardo Zamora Reynoso, I am an agricultural engineer graduated from Tec de Monterrey campus Queretaro.

I began to explore inhospitable places and to climb in the mountain ranges where the highest mountains in the world are located. Reaching peaks such as Aconcagua, the highest mountain in America, located in the Andes mountain range. Also in the Himalayan mountain range I had the opportunity to meet and participate in professional expeditions in different mountains of more than 8,000 meters above sea level such as Manaslu, Cho Oyu and Everest, which is the highest mountain on earth.

I am Olga Vázquez Navarrete. I was born in Mexico City, and from a young age, I developed an interest in languages, particularly English. I have studied some French, and I am currently continuing my studies in Japanese.

I have lived for several years in the United States, and during those years, I worked for school districts in Texas and Kansas as a paraprofessional Teacher's Aide in ESL (English as a Second Language) programs for Kindergarten and Primary Education levels. I truly enjoyed this work because it allowed me to meet immigrant students and parents from various parts of the world, especially Vietnamese students.

In the state of Oregon, I worked in the wine industry and in catering services, which gave me the opportunity to learn about wines as well as acquire some knowledge of cooking and baking.

I arrived in this beautiful Baja California Sur Peninsula in the year 2000 and joined the company of my dear parents and sister in their accounting and property management firm. There, I gained extensive experience in HOA management, as I was assigned to a development in San José del Cabo with 68 condominiums, where I served as Operations Manager for 10 years.

During my years as an Operations Manager, I became deeply interested in the real estate market, as I met several real estate agents from RE/MAX and other companies. I always had the desire to become a real estate agent. My name is Maria Elena Vega Nafarrate, and I was born in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. My academic journey began at Instituto Anglo Moderno, where I completed my education from elementary to high school. Later, I decided to broaden my horizons and moved to the United States to study English as a second language at Evergreen State College.

Upon returning to Mexico, I completed my studies in Educational Psychology at ITESO in Guadalajara. Additionally, I pursued a technical specialization in Tourism Management in the state of Nayarit, where I not only worked as a teacher but also served as the Director of the CNCI University.

In 2005, I settled in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, where I currently reside. Since my arrival, I have been deeply involved in the hospitality industry, specifically in the Timeshare sector and its various facets. I began my career in roles such as OPC, Members Concierge, Liner, Closer, and VLO. Over the years, I have achieved sales exceeding one million dollars, working in renowned hotels nationally and internationally, including Villa Group, Questro, Grupo Solmar, and Pueblo Bonito, where I am also part of the Letty Coppel Foundation committee.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sales at UTEL University. I have completed courses in managerial skills, case-based learning, verbal and written comprehension and expression, among others.

Working in the tourism and vacation industry has given me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and assist them in finding the best property investment options based on their budgets and vacation needs.
